Eat Your Way…

Ingredients
prepared pastry packaged
3 cups of chopped and cooked chicken
1 cup of mushrooms
1/2 cup of green pepper chopped
1 medium sized onion chopped
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cups of chicken stock
1 cup of fresh cream
2 tablespoons of flour
salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, add in the flour the seasoning and stir until the mixture becomes golden. Add the cream and the chicken stock and leave the mixture to thicken over a medium for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the chicken, the mushrooms, the chopped onion and the green pepper to the sauce. Stir for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Roll out the pastry into a large pan and add the chicken mixture. Then, roll out the rest of the pastry to cover the chicken mixture.
Bake at 425° for 35 minutes until the pastry is nicely browned.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of olive oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into small cubes
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of whipping cream
12 oz of fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
15 oz of tomatoes, drained and diced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of dried basil
1 lb of hot cooked fettuccine
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, green onion, and garlic; stir until the chicken is lightly browned. Add the flour and stir well utill al ingredients are well combined. Stir in cream, mushrooms, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in parsley and basil. Remove from heat. Toss pasta with sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
1 can of pizza crust
½ cup of chopped red pepper
½ cup of chopped green pepper
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of tomato sauce
¼ cup of green chopped onions

place the chicken in a large silket over a medium heat and cook until it become white.
Unroll the dough and place it onto the pizza pan. Spread the tomato sauce onto the crust than place the chicken the onions the pepper and finally the cheeses. Place the pizza in the preheated oven, and bake until the crust becomes golden brown and the cheese melts.

If you ever though it would be hard to make delicious chicken wings here’s a recipe that shows how mistaken you are! Preparing chicken wings at home is easy. In fact they’ll be tastier than those served in restaurants.

Ingredients:
20 chicken wings
3/4 cup of flour
5 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce.
Into a resealable plastic bag, add the chicken wings the salt, the cayenne pepper, the garlic powder and the flour. Mix all together and shake well. Whisk together the melted butter and the hot sauce and add the mixture to the chicken wings. Re-shake well and refrigerate the chicken wings for an hour.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, and crispy on the outside, about 45 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway during cooking so they cook evenly.
