Once we were there and were served frozen and half microwaved lasagna. We were not impressed although the plate was reheated and apologies were accompanied by ice cream.

yeah kamil chamoon is one of the owners ,
his brothers have shares too ,
Well i used to work there as a waiter , and i can explain to you , why this incident happened .
It usually happens in every restaurant , it’s simply because of the providers ; for example , the avocado missing in ur sandwich , was probably because they were out of avocados ;
Here lays the responsability on the waiter who served you , for not informing you about it earlier ;
You should’ve handled the problem directly by simply telling them about it .
If you need any more information about this restaurant , keep in touch , and i’ll be more than glad to answer
