Ingredients

1 baked pizza shell
12 ounces of mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup of confectioners sugar
1/4 cup of brewed espresso, cooled
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Confectioners sugar
Fresh raspberries (optional)

In an electric mixer, whip the Mascarpone cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the espresso and beat until the mixture becomes creamy and easy to spread at this point; if not, add a bit more espresso. Spread a thick layer of Tiramisu filling over a baked pizza shell. Dust the cheese liberally with cocoa powder, followed by a very light dusting of confectioners sugar. Garnish the pizza with fresh fruit such as raspberries.

Ingredients
Basic pizza dough.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Pizza sauce or tomato sauce.
1 1/2  cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
2  tablespoons  of grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
2  ounces  of sliced turkey pepperoni.

Brush olive oil over the pizza dough. Spread Basic Pizza Sauce in an even layer over crust, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and top with an even layer of pepperoni. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese metls.

Ingredients
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
1 can of pizza crust
½ cup of chopped red pepper
½ cup of chopped green pepper
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of tomato sauce
¼ cup of green chopped onions

place the chicken in a large silket over a medium heat and cook until it become white.
Unroll the dough and place it onto the pizza pan. Spread the tomato sauce onto the crust than place the chicken the onions the pepper and finally the cheeses. Place the pizza in the preheated oven, and bake until the crust becomes golden brown and the cheese melts.

Ingredients

1 loaf of a sweet dough, thawed and risen
1 egg
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
8 ounces of non-dairy whipped topping
Fresh fruit as desired

Beat egg until foamy. Blend in flour and sugars. Add butter and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Roll sweet dough into a 13-inch circle. Place on a 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, forming a ridge to hold chocolate filling. Spread evenly over dough. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan and place on wire cooling rack.
When completely cool, spread whipped topping over chocolate chip filling. Arrange fresh fruit on top in a decorative pattern.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion minced
  • 1 large garlic glove minced
  • 1 1/2 cup of finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tablespoon of dry oregano
  • 3 ounces of fresh mozzarella thinly sliced

In a large frying pan heat the olive oil, add the onions the garlic and the oregano, stir for few seconds until golden. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir until the sauces boils and becomes thick.
Spread the sauce over the pizza rolled out crust then top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until the crust becomes golden. Serve hot.
