Who doesn’t like cookies? I’ve been trying so many cookies recipes and most of it didn’t taste good. Eventually i’ve came up with this recipe and it turns out to be the best homemade cookies recipe I’ve ever baked.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Add the butter, both sugars, the egg, and vanilla in an electric mixer and mix until the become fluffy.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Add chocolate chips and walnuts and mix thoroughly.
Drop by 2 teaspoons, 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
½ cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Add milk, eggs and oil; mix.
Preheated waffle iron, Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 ½ cups of milk
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla or salt
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs the salt (or the vanilla) and the flour. Gradually add in the milk. Beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium high heat. Pour one scoop of the batter onto the griddle. Tilt the griddle with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

Crêpes can be serve with chocolate bananas and nuts…

OR with ham and cheese OR with cheese, tomatoes slices and a pinch of oregano…
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 Cups of flower
1 ½ Cups of milk
3 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 ½ teaspoons of salt

Beat the egg with the salt first, and then start by adding gradually the milk and the flower. When your mixture is smooth add the baking powder.
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat, and poor approximately ¼ cup of the batter onto the griddle. Wait until the pancakes become brown on both sides and serve hot.

Hashbrowns, hashbrowns with cheese
Ingredients
2 medium sized potatoes peeled and grated
2 green onions finely chopped
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Colby cheese
Add the grated potatoes and the chopped onions. Heat the olive oil in large frying pan, then cook the hashbrowns the way you cook pancakes. Once the hashbrowns are well cooked, lower the heat and spread some Colby cheese on the top. Now the hasbrowns are ready to be served.
