Eat Your Way…

Ingredients:

3 cups shredded beef
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
tortilla wraps
shredded mozzarella cheese
salt
Black pepper

In a large frying pan heat the vegetable oil and add in the beef. Stir until the meat is half cooked than add the soy sauce and finally poor in the vegetables. Stir until the meat is well cooked, season with salt and black pepper.
Wrap tortillas around meat and top with mozzarella cheese.

ingredients:
¼ cup of butter
¼ cup of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon mustard
1 cup of milk
1 ½ cheddar cheese
3 egg yolks
1 egg white
Red pepper

Heat the butter in a small saucepan and the flour, the salt, the red pepper and finally the mustard while stirring continuously. Once the mixture becomes thick, add the milk gradually. Wait for the mixture to boil so you can add the cheese. Now stir the ingredients so the cheese can melt.
In a separate bowl mix thoroughly the egg yolks to a creamy consistency. Add the eggs yolks to the cheese mixture while whisking constantly.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg white till they become firm and glossy.
Pour the egg white into the soufflé.
Fill the soufflé in special cups to 1 cm from the top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes on a high temperature.

Tuna Balls, Tuna balls recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup of boiled rice
½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
250 g of tuna
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 beaten egg
1 egg white
Salt and pepper
Milled Corn Flakes
Oil to fry the tuna balls
Mix the rice with the cheese, the tuna the chopped onion and the egg. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper.  Once the mixture is ready, make small balls. Dip the tuna balls into the egg white then roll into the milled corn flakes
Heat the oil and fry the tuna ball
Tuna balls are usually served with tartar sauce.

Mozzarella sticks recipe

Mozzarella sticks recipe

Ingredients:
½ kg mozzarella
3 eggs
Parsley
Bread
1-    Start by beating slightly the eggs in a bowl
2-    Grate the bread; make sure that the bread is crusty.
3-    After chopping the parsley, add it to the grated bread and stir.
4-    Now start by dicing the mozzarella into equal pieces, almost the size of a finger.
5-    Once all the ingredients are ready, you can now start by dipping the mozzarella fingers into the eggs then roll in the grated bread.
6-    Leave the mozzarella sticks for almost half an hour in the freezer before frying, or you can prepare a large quantity of mozzarella sticks and leave them in your freezer. Just remember to heat the oil before frying every time.
7-    Mozzarella sticks are served with a tomato sauce.
