Eat Your Way…

Ingredients:
200 g of black or semi sweet chocolate
100 g of butter
150g of powder sugar
50g of flour
3 eggs

Let the chocolate melt with the butter in a bain-marie.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs with the flour and the sugar.
Once the egg mixture is smooth and the chocolate is melted combine those two mixtures together.
scoop the fondant au chocolat in muffins cups and bake the fondant on a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
NB: you can serve two scoops of vanilla ice cream with the fondant au chocolat. ENJOY…
